My Flabulous Life 3 month package gives you access to a 12 week interactive content platform which will help you to discover and embrace the best version of yourself. Starting from self-love to creating a body positive mindset to knowing your personal style to how to strike a pose with confidence. We will also take you through to how to identify your true passion. Learn to cook, tips and tricks to how in beauty care to embracing holistic wellness, fitness and mindfulness.
Program Structure : You will have access to a content platform twice every week (Monday and Thursday) with video tutorials, surveys and reading material, live chat Q&A sessions and more on an interesting topic that you would like to explore and associate yourself more with.
Month 1 : Me, Myself & I
This program will focus on having a deeper conversation with who you are. Topic areas are as follows
